Sekur escABEK is a disposable escape device especially developed for the evacuation from industrial areas in case of chemical accidents.
Sekur escABEK P 15 protects respiratory organs from organic vapours and gases with a boiling point higher than 65 ?C , inorganic vapours and gases , acidic and basic vapours and gases. Protection is limited with respect to compounds with a boiling point lower than 65?C and in highly toxic oncentrations.
The device does not protect from carbon monoxide or oxygen lack, since it does not provide oxygen.
The duration of escABEK P 15 is 15 minutes.
Available in two configurations :
S?kur escABEK P 15 protects against gases and dusts (class P2)
S?kur escABEK P3 15 has been additionally certified in conformity to EN 14387 , thus resulting an A 1B1E1K1 P3 filter device .
Both devices are then approved in compliance with the only norm so far existing concerning escape devices fitted with filters : DIN 58647 -7
