Model FT400BX has been developed for operation in the petro-chemical industry, on off-shore plants, in mills and harbors. It is resistant to large temperature differences, air humidity, sea water, dust and strong mechanical wear and tear. It is certified for use in hazardous dust and gas atmospheres. The housing is made of impact resistant and shockproof glass fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) and is resistant to acids, sea water, alkalis, moisture and grease.
The FT400BX is completely programmable and has been equipped with a 21-piece stainless (V4A) steel keypad designed for use with gloves. Letters and figures are presented clearly on the alphanumerical display. The FT400BX also boasts all the convenient features that have become standard in the field of office communication.
